Refund policy

Tampa Marine Tuning is a distributor for Nizpro Marine. All requests for returns or refunds must be cleared through Nizpro. If you wish to request a refund you will need to email Sales@nizpromarine.com and cc: sales@tampamarinetuning.com. If they approve the request for a refund we will be happy to provide a refund and return your ECU back to stock. The customer is responsible for all shipping associated with returning the ECU back to stock configuration.

If at any point you wish to return your ECU back to stock without a refund we will be happy to do so. If at any point after we have set your ECU back to stock you wish to reflash your ECU we will be happy to do so as well at no cost. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the ECU to stock, and re-tuning.
