With the Nizpro performance tune, your 150 or 175-horsepower Yamaha outboard engine can increase to 197hp, and your 200-horsepower engine can increase to 231hp. Fuel Economy will vary by model and boat setup but can increase by up to 15%.
To achieve optimal performance, your engine must run on minimum 89-90 USA grade / 95-98 AUS grade octane fuel and adhere to recommended service intervals. Failure to do so may result in decreased performance and could potentially damage your engine.

Tuner’s Note:
If you are strictly looking for speed, this tune is not for you. You might gain 1, maybe 2 mph on a single engine if you're lucky. On twin engines we have seen 3-4mph, but the main benefit of this tune is a substantial increase in fuel economy.Â
For our speed-hungry customers we would be happy to put you in contact with someone that can source you a 4cyl SHO that we can tune to 231, or an offshore 225 that we can tune to 332hp.
Find your ECU ID
Your engine's ECU can be found in one of several locations in the engine case depending on year, make, and model.
Typical L4 (4 Cylinder) ECU Location: Starboard side closer to the forward side of the motor.
